Job Description:

As an Integration Architect, you will be accountable for leading integrated client engagements.

You will be required to coordinate design, system validation and integration activities across solutions and venues of care. Your role will involve cultivating client relationships to achieve business objectives, supporting internal and external client project teams in understanding, designing and validating integration points across solutions.

You will partner with the engagement management team to ensure project deliverables and timelines are met in order to deliver value to clients as commited, enable the execution of domain, issue and change management strategies and act as an escalation point for client and project integration risks. Your role will involve contributing to internal team value by participating in the Integration Architect Community.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care, General Studies or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

  • At least 3 years of project implementation work experience implementing Cerner Millennium or successful completion of Integration Architect Development Program

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Completed 2 projects within the last 3 years using the Consulting Framework Methodology

  • Norwegian communication skills


  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows

  • Ability to travel up to 100%
