IBM Global Business Services (GBS) is expanding its integrated Center of Competence (iCoC) Chemicals and Petroleum (CP) and Industrial Products (IP) Practice. The objective of this group is to provide consulting services to drive/support sales and execution of CP & IP engagements in Global markets. The CPIP iCoC requires the best and the brightest subject matter experts (SME) with experience across the Forestry, Pulp & Paper Ecosystem.In this role you will accelerate the transformation in CPIP client organizations. Key efforts will focus on the alignment and execution of IBM’s Point of View, industry initiatives and key solution areas.To be a successful candidate we expect
familiarity with the entire forestry, Pulp & Paper value chain from Forestry, Harvesting, Wood Logistics, Pulp & Paper Making to downstream conversion and B2B and B2C Commerce.
deep understanding of functional domains like Operations & Maintenance; Logistics & Supply Chain Management; Environment, Health & Safety; Finance & Control; and Sales & Marketing.
experience in Digital Transformation and Digital Solutions Projects within the Manufacturing Industry.
consulting experience in the area of Digital, Cost Optimization, Target Operating Model, Process Improvement, Change Management, Sustainability, Organization Change, B2B and B2C Marketing, etc.
analytical skills and business judgment; excellent negotiating skills and innate desire to win in the marketplace.
experience in delivering complex strategic and technology implementation projects that address multi-faceted issues, work across organizational boundaries, interfacing with senior executives, client SMEs and work effectively in teams.
a track record of solving complex business issues and delivering client satisfaction.
