For Norway we are looking for an experienced solution Sales with a track record of winning New logo´s as well as working on a selected number of existing customer accounts in order to up-/and cross sell incremental elements of our visibility and monitoring solutions.
Regional Sales Manager, Location: Oslo Area, Norway
Primary point-of-contact for Enterprise accounts. Both customers and prospects.
Maintains contact with account at a high, executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship
Prospect Enterprise accounts, generate interest, qualify and develop new business.
Work independently to meet and exceed revenue targets and goals assigned to the defined Account List of customers and prosepects.
Develop an overall account strategy leading to the deployment of a well-executed team selling effort into the assigned accounts.
Must be comfortable with being part of a bigger remote Nordics Team
Must have exceptional track record selling high-end software or solutions, preferably in at least two of the following disciplines, Application Architectures & Performance Management, Infrastructure Management or Network Infrastructure, to large, Fortune 500 type accounts.
Ideal candidate will have 6+ years of direct selling experience at least 3 years in Software solutions selling.
Strong sales and business background centered on software technologies (APM, Dev Ops preferred) combined with deep understanding what drives key industries into Digital Transformation.
Must be able to focus on solutions to problems and inspire to drive to relevant digital transformation in all customer opportunities.
An understanding of the financial and technical challenges faced with Digital Transformation, as well as customer benefits
The ability to articulate and understand Riverbeds software technology and the benefits that can be applied with applications of Riverbed solutions to customer environments
A strong understanding of competitive technologies and positioning from APM, NPM and SD-WAN
Ability to see and present "the big picture" and offer solutions to customers to set up next generation IT based on SDN and application centric solutions
Strong Experience of selling to C-Level audience.
