Mondelez in the EU Region is a Category led business model organization responsible for the Categories of Chocolate, Biscuits and Gum & Candy. The Categories lead the development and implementation of strategies for the growth of the total business.
In this exciting position your role will be to drive the Freia Grocery and Refreshing Beverages (business to continued growth). For a talented and ambitious person this position provides a fantastic challenge and a great opportunity to grow and develop.
As the Junior Brand Manager for Freia Grocery and Refreshing Beverages, you initiate and support marketing activities and ensure effective execution. You also work with cross functional teams to ensure effective business delivery for your portfolio.
You will be responsible for the Norwegian market, and work closely with the entire Nordic Chocolate team, cooperating with the team colleagues in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
Building business plans and strategy for the Freia Grocery and Refreshing Beverages segments
Managing 2 different segments in 2 different categories (Grocery, Refreshing Beverages) on a daily basis
Activating and reinforcing the brands with campaigns both ATL and BTL
Implementing media strategy and ensuring consistency in communication
Driving the portfolios by innovation and optimization
Managing daily business: Business analysis (Nielsen, GfK, Shipments), budget and P&L
Managing collaboration with external agencies
Be a strong and relevant partner in Chocolate Nordics’ segment structure, with focus on scale and synergies
Academic degree in business management, marketing, or similar field
Broader marketing experience with a high skill level in all aspects of FMCG marketing mix preferred
Experience in marketing with a mix of ATL and promotions experience preferred
Experience working with Nielsen data
Have a drive for results
Ability to work in constantly changing and challenging environment
Very good Planning and Organisational skills
Fluent in written and spoken Norwegian and English language
