AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP Administration Coordinator in Oslo, Norway


  • Organizes, controls and delivers specific administrative activities and services

  • Prioritizes workload, to achieve personal and work unit targets

  • Controls projects ensuring delivery of project outputs according to plan

  • Provides administrative or secretarial services to management teams coordinating complex meetings and off-site events, diary arrangements and travel in line with procedures

  • Part of the Nordic Admin Support team where all have a joint responsibility for the support and team delivery

  • Provide support on arrangements of details around Local Sales activities, e.g. (50-70% of team workload: Meetings, educations, Travel arrangements for lecturers, Registrations and filings etc.)

  • Provide support to appointed function/Specialist area (20-30% of team workload: general administration, Functional specific support)

  • Assures tasks are of correct quality and in accordance with written procedures and current legal requirements and internal standards

Essential requirements:

  • Documented Administrative experience

  • Ability to follow processes

  • Excellent knowledge in English and Norwegian languages

  • Specialist knowledge in relation to administrative/business support activities in the relevant area

  • Experience of Sales and Marketing assistant and/ or functional assistant work

  • Competent in the use of relevant office equipment and systems

  • Excellent computer and relevant software skills

  • Customer Service Skills, flexibility and problem solving abilities

  • Knowledge of coordinating external events (LMER, sign off, invitations, booking letters, etc.)

  • Is knowledgeable about reputation management work and proactively work to ensure compliance with pharma code and code of conduct
